This is Vackor.
His current master found him and three other puppies in an abandoned backyard. Their mother was very weak and they were all cold and hungry. The human found new homes for the other three and kept Vackor for himself.

Now that he's a teenager, he likes to make music.
And meet new friends with the neighbor dogs.
And play with humans too.
And birds... but they just fly away whenever he's around.
He enjoys traveling.
But mostly, he just loves being with his family.
